It is known that the change of protein fractions causes changes in the body's energy-generating functions and the development of
neurodegenerative diseases. It was observed that changes in the amount of brain proteins in neurodegenerative diseases cause the
initiation of various pathological processes, and the role of proteins in complex physiological processes occurring in the brain
tissue was comparatively analyzed, for the first time all protein fractions were studied, their Alzheimer's disease changes in the
syndromic pathology model were analyzed. Before creating a neurodegenerative model in rats, healthy rats were selected as a
result of conducting all behavioral tests, and then feeding neurotoxins to the food of experimental model animals caused
oxidative stress in the brain of rats. was analyzed directly.
