The article examines the legal factors that play a significant role in ensuring socio-spiritual stability and the ways in which they affect
social relations. Systems, comparative, functional, and hermeneutic methods are employed in the analysis of philosophical and legal
sources. Legal consciousness and legal culture, the rule of law and legal order, justice and equality, guarantees of human rights and
freedoms, and legal responsibility are systematized as interrelated legal factors contributing to socio-spiritual stability. The findings
demonstrate that formal legal norms alone cannot ensure stability: their precise and consistent enforcement must be combined with citizens’
conscious acceptance of legal requirements, trust in legal institutions, and commitment to justice.
