This article investigates the structural-semantic features of eponymic units used in the terminology of livestock obstetrics and gynecology in the English and Uzbek languages from a comparative-linguistic perspective. The main goal of the study is to identify eponyms used in veterinary reproductive medicine, describe their structural models, semantic features, etymological sources, as well as the mechanisms of borrowing and equivalence from English to Uzbek. Based on the research materials, the terminological structure of units such as Müller's duct, Wolffian duct, Graaf's follicle, and anti-Müller's hormone is analyzed. The results of the analysis show that eponymic terms in English are often formed through derivational affixation based on anthroponyms, while in Uzbek, the main model is the transliteration of anthroponyms and their combination with terminological nouns. Phenomena such as full, partial, and descriptive equivalence, morphological adaptation, and hybridization of terms are also highlighted. The research results serve to determine the relationship between English and Uzbek veterinary terminology, as well as the patterns of adaptation of international units to the national language in modern terminological systems
