IMPROVING THE MANAGEMENT OF CAREER GUIDANCE FOR GRADES 7-9 STUDENTS BASED ON ISO- 21001 PRINCIPLES
The article examines the improvement of career guidance management for grades 7-9 students of secondary schools based on the
principles of the international quality management standard ISO-21001. The experimental work was conducted in 6 schools of
Tashkent, Sirdarya, and Andijan regions with the participation of 384 respondents. In the experimental group, significant positive
changes were observed across all categories of respondents, with the overall growth coefficient (KPI) amounting to 47.8%. The
results of statistical verification (t-test, χ²-test, Mann-Whitney U-test) confirmed the effectiveness of the proposed model (p<0.05).
