IMPROVING MANAGEMENT EFFICIENCY IN THE ACTIVITIES OF HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION LEADERS

The article scientifically analyzes ways to improve management efficiency in the activities of higher education leaders. It examines
the role of management in the modern education system, managerial competence, innovative management methods, and strategic
decision-making. Particular attention is given to improving management systems, enhancing education quality, organizing the
professional activities of academic staff, and ensuring that students’ knowledge and skills meet international standards. The study
substantiates that innovative management, modern pedagogical technologies, research development, and the adoption of
international best practices are key factors in improving management efficiency. The findings show that professional qualification,
leadership qualities, and strategic thinking are important determinants of effective higher education management.
