THE EFFICIENCY OF THE CORRECT USE OF TIME IN WORK ACTIVITY OF TODAY'S MODERN LEADER

This article talks about the ways of a future modern leader to achieve high efficiency by using his working time correctly, and any new leaders who have started their future leadership activities in higher education educational institutions should learn the correct use of time in management, its handling, and the human qualities of their profession through mental work. It was tried to explain that the main goal is to achieve work efficiency as an owner. At the same time, the work of the leader is considered a laborious activity based on entrepreneurship, and he should be able to anticipate and be ready to bring effective profit in exchange for the effort and money spent on it.
