This article is the first article that organizes single-syllable words in the Uzbek literary language from the point of view of synharmonic phonology. Linguistic analysis of a monosyllabic word showed that the prosodic dominant of a monosyllabic word in Uzbek is synharmonism (as in all Turkic languages). In the Uzbek language, the violation of synharmonism occurs in the process of adding a suffix and inflection to the stem of the Uzbek word in a polysyllabic word (at least two syllables), i.e. The processes of forming words and forms in the Uzbek language in most cases do not obey the law of synharmonism.
