Bullying in the pedagogical team, also known as workplace harassment, is a widespread problem that has a significant negative impact on the atmosphere in educational institutions and on the professional activities of educators. This study aims to analyze the nature, forms, and consequences of bullying among teachers, as well as identify the factors contributing to its occurrence. The research includes a survey of teachers and in-depth interviews with affected individuals, which allowed for a more detailed examination of the issue and the proposal of practical measures for its prevention. The results indicate that effective counteraction to bullying in the educational environment requires the development and implementation of a zero-tolerance policy, as well as the creation of a support system for teachers.
