The article is devoted to the analysis of psychological and pedagogical foundations for the development of correctional and rehabilitation work in pupils with speech disorders. It examines key approaches and methods aimed at correcting speech disorders in children, taking into account their psychological and pedagogical characteristics. Particular attention is paid to the integration of modern scientific achievements in the field of speech therapy and psychology, as well as the need for an integrated approach that includes the interaction of various specialists. The article emphasizes the importance of individualization of the educational process and early intervention for the successful correction of speech disorders and the harmonious development of the personality of pupils.
