This article presents the results of studies aimed at compiling a phylogenetic tree of AD1, A1, G genomic cotton species using DNA markers based on the hierarchical clustering method. The phylogenetic relationships between the studied species and varieties were clarified. The results of phylogenetic analysis showed that species of the genus Gossypium L. are divided into 2 main clusters. The varieties Ravnak-1, Ravnak-2 and Baraka of the species G. hirsutum L. are located in the upper part of cluster 1 of the phylogenetic tree. The species G.bickii Prokh., G.nelsonii Fryx. and G.australe F.Mull. are located in the first subcluster of the 2-cluster, the subcluster in turn is subdivided into 2 junior subclusters. It should be noted that representatives of the subspecies G. herbaceum L. are located in the first junior subcluster, and the species G.sturtianum var.nandewarense and G.sturtianum var.sturtianum are located in the second junior subcluster. This arrangement, in turn, indicates the genetic proximity or distance of 13 species and varieties of cotton.
