ENGINEER-ENTREPRENEUR PERSONNEL TRAINING SYSTEM
The article discusses the importance of developing entrepreneurial competencies among students in engineering education fields at higher education institutions to prepare competitive personnel for the modern labor market and facilitate a step-by-step transition to the third-generation university concept. It highlights the necessity of integrating three key competencies – hard skills, soft skills, and business skills – for future engineers. The study compares the positions of these competencies in the labor market segments and proposes an engineer-entrepreneur system.
