СИСТЕМА ПОДГОТОВКИ ИНЖЕНЕРОВ-ПРЕДПРИНИМАТЕЛЕЙ
В статье рассматривается значение развития предпринимательских компетенций у студентов инженерных специальностей в высших учебных заведениях для подготовки конкурентоспособных кадров в условиях современного рынка труда и поэтапного перехода к концепции университетов третьего поколения. Указывается на необходимость интеграции трех типов компетенций – hard, soft и business skills – в процессе подготовки будущих инженеров. Проведен сравнительный анализ значимости данных компетенций в сегментах рынка труда, а также разработана система инженер-предприниматель.
