THE IMPORTANCE OF CULTURAL FACTORS IN TRANSLATION
This study is dedicated to analyzing the significance of cultural factors in translation, highlighting the importance of considering cultural differences in the translation process. It thoroughly examines the strategies used by translators, particularly the methods of foreignization and domestication. Additionally, the study explores the influence of cultural factors on various types of texts, including literary, scientific, legal, and audiovisual translations. In today's era of progress, translators must pay attention not only to linguistic aspects but also to the cultural context. Taking cultural differences into account directly affects translation quality and the effectiveness of text reception. This research plays a crucial role in improving translation practices, enhancing translators' cultural competence, and emphasizing the importance of considering cultural differences in the translation process.
