FUNCTIONAL-SEMANTIC ANALYSIS OF ENGLISH PHRASES WITH THE COMPONENT “LIFE” AND THEIR RUSSIAN EQUIVALENTS
This article discusses the differences in using equivalent idioms with “life” component through detailed analysis. It examines how equivalent phrases, despite sharing a lexical element, convey different meanings, emotional nuances, and functions depending on context.
