In this article, the influence of chrysoeriol and ramnocytrin on the ATP-sensitive potassium (mitoKATP-channel) channel of rat liver mitochondria in streptozotocin (STZ) -induced diabetes was studied. Ramnocitrin was isolated from the plant Oxytropis rosea, and the flavonoid chrysoeriol from the plant Centaurea squarrosa. In rats, the STZ-diabetes model was induced using a STZ dose of 50 mg/kg. In the experiments, the rats were divided into V groups. It has been established that the flavonoids ramnocitrin and chriozoeriol increase the permeability of the rat liver mitoKATP channel in conditions of STZ diabetes.
