Mahsulot yuzalariga ishqalanish va korroziyaga chidamlilik xususiyatlarini berish zamonaviy sanoatning asosiy vazifalaridan biridir. Ushbu ishda magnetron changlatish va vakuum yoyi texnologiyasi bilan qoplangan titan nitrid (TiN) qoplamalarining xususiyatlarini har tomonlama tahlil qilish va qiyosiy taqqoslash amalga oshirildi. Ularning strukturaviy xususiyatlarining o'xshashligiga qaramay, qoplamalarni sirt bir xilligida sezilarli darajada farq qilishi aniqlandi
