This article analyzes a new stage in teaching chemistry within the modern education system through digital transformation and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. It highlights the role of digital technologies in education, particularly in enhancing the efficiency and interactivity of teaching inorganic chemistry. The paper discusses the opportunities AI tools provide for individualizing the learning process, visualizing and analyzing complex chemical processes, and creating virtual laboratories. It also emphasizes that AI-based teaching methods help students develop deep interdisciplinary thinking, independent reasoning, and practical knowledge. The research findings include scientific and methodological recommendations for the effective integration of AI technologies into chemistry education.
