The article outlines the typology of harmonized names, their formation mechanisms, and their socio-cultural significance. This phenomenon is observed not only among the Karakalpak people but also among other Turkic nations such as Uzbeks, Tatars, Azerbaijanis, Bashkirs, and Kazakhs. The use of harmonized names within families symbolizes continuity between generations, cultural memory, and social cohesion. The article also analyzes the role of name harmony in social identification, cultural heritage transmission, and the preservation of familial traditions.
