EFFECTIVE WAYS TO PSYCHOLOGICALLY SUPPORT THE FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE CAREER OF YOUNG SPECIALISTS
This article analyzes the importance of psychological support in the success of young professionals in their professional activities. Psychological problems that arise at different stages of career formation, effective approaches and practices in their solution are considered. The possibilities of determining the personal potential of a specialist, increasing motivation, relieving stress and using psychological counseling and training in the processes of adaptation to work have also been analyzed
