METHODOLOGY FOR DEVELOPING PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES OF FUTURE FOREIGN LANGUAGE TEACHERS (ON THE EXAMPLE OF TRANSLATION STUDIES)
This article analyzes the role of translation studies in developing the professional competencies of future foreign language teachers, as well as the methodology for teaching such subjects. It examines ways to develop translation skills based on scientific-pedagogical approaches, modern methods, and practical recommendations. The article highlights the possibilities of strengthening professional competence through translation practice
