REASONS FOR THE EMERGENCE OF ECONOMIC IMPAIRMENT IN THE UZBEKISTAN SSR DURING THE PERIOD OF "RECONSTRUCTION

This article presents information about the changes in the economic sectors implemented in the Uzbek SSR during the period of perestroika and the shortcomings that were made in these areas. The administrative management system, instead of stimulating effective economic activity, created uneven and adverse effects on the distribution of resources, which led to the cessation of economic growth and serious difficulties in the effective management of production processes. In particular, the article describes in detail the attitude of the cotton policy towards the reform of the restructuring of society, the issue of national relations during this period, the shortcomings of the socialist economy and efforts to reform it, and the shortcomings in the fields of agriculture and animal husbandry. The political and economic problems that arose during the reforms led to a deepening of the socio-political crisis in the country.
