The role of cultural diplomacy in the gradual development of relations between Uzbekistan and France, which today have reached the level of strategic partnership, is important. Although diplomatic relations between the two countries were established in 1992, mutual cooperation has long historical roots. If we look at history, the cultural factor has been considered by both countries as the most important component of their foreign policy.
