Most of the social and political changes and threats taking place in the world directly affect young people. The behavior of youth, their psychological crises, and the intensity of protest sentiments are the main reasons why they often become the center of various unlawful incidents. Youth crime, as a social problem, has deep historical roots. In every era, the state of crime among young people has been an inseparable element of the moral and legal characteristics of society. In particular, university students, who represent the intellectual stratum of youth, have always been considered a force that generates such conflicting situations. Looking back at world history, protest movements and mass rallies organized by students have often led to major crimes and conflicts. Therefore, in order to prevent student youth – the driving force of any society – from becoming subjects of legal conflicts, it is necessary to strengthen preventive measures.
