In this study, the effect of sophoroflavonoside (SFL) and narcissin flavonoids on the level of transferase enzymes and bilirubin in the blood plasma of pregnant rats intoxicated with the pesticide indoxacarb was studied. On the 3rd and 13th days of pregnancy, rats were poisoned with a single dose of 1/10 LD50 of the pesticide indoxacarb, and from that day on, narsissin and SFL flavonoids were administered orally at a dose of 10 mg/kg for 7 days. The experimental rats were divided into IV groups. It was found that flavonoid compounds reduced the levels of alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and total bilirubin in pregnant rats poisoned with indoxacarb.
