This study investigated the effectiveness of herbal infusions prepared from Achillea millefolium L. and Achillea arabica Kotschy, collected in the mountainous regions of Samarkand region, against intestinal helminths in sheep. As part of the research, essential oils were extracted from the flowers of the plants using the hydrodistillation method, and their chemical composition was analyzed using GC-MS. According to the results, the essential oils contained biologically active compounds such as Ascaridole, m-Cymene, Terpinolene, Carvacrol and Thymol, which possess anthelmintic and antimicrobial properties. Additionally, helminthocoprological, hematological, and biochemical analyses were conducted, revealing a decrease in the number of helminth eggs in sheep treated with the herbal infusions, as well as normalization of blood parameters, total protein, albumin and globulin levels. The results demonstrated that the herbal preparations have anthelmintic, anti-inflammatory effects, help restore blood composition and stimulate the body's defense mechanisms.
