LEMNA MINOR MAKROFITI TARKIBIDAGI 20-EKDESTEROIDNING SALMONELLA OQSILI (PDB: 2 GPZ) BILAN MOLEKULYAR DOCKING TAHLILI
In this study, molecular docking of 20-ecdysteroid with Salmonella protein (PDB ID: 2gpz) was performed to evaluate their in silico interactions. Docking results demonstrated that the ligand forms stable interactions with the active site of the protein. The obtained data suggest that 20-ecdysteroid may possess potential antibacterial activity against Salmonella.
