Ushbu tadqiqotda 20-ekdesteroidning Salmonella oqsili (PDB ID: 2gpz) bilan o‘zaro ta’siri in silico molekulyar docking usuli yordamida o‘rganildi. Docking natijalari ligandning bog‘lanish energiyasi, faol bo’shliqlar hajmi va oqsilning asosiy aminokislota qoldiqlari bilan o‘zaro ta’sirini ko‘rsatdi. Olingan natijalar 20-ekdesteroidning Salmonellaga qarshi antibakterial faollikka ega bo‘lish ehtimolini ko‘rsatmoqda.
