The study, based on scientific evidence, highlights that balancing the interests of the state, society, and the individual is an important factor for the effectiveness of public services and the stability of social development. Furthermore, within the framework of the sustainable development strategy, the importance of transparency, accountability, the introduction of innovative technologies, and cooperation with civil society institutions in public services is demonstrated. In the context of global experience and national reforms, it is substantiated that public services can become a driver of sustainable development, achieving social justice and stable progress through harmony of interests.
