KOUCHING YONDASHUVI ASOSIDA BO‘LAJAK BIOLOGIYA O‘QITUVCHILARINING KASBIY PEDAGOGIK FAOLIYATGA TAYYORLASH METODIKASINI TAKOMILLASHTIRISH
This article examines the improvement of the methodology for preparing future biology teachers for professional pedagogical activities based on the coaching approach. The theoretical foundations of coaching, current problems in pedagogical education, and the proposed innovative model are analyzed. The research results demonstrate that coaching can enhance the development of students' reflective skills and readiness for practical activities. The proposed methodology is adapted to the Uzbekistan higher education system and supported by empirical data. The study was conducted at Namangan, Karshi, and Nizomiy Universities with a total of 444 students participating.
