This article analyzes scientific research conducted on the methodology of teaching the molecular physics course. The analysis of studies reveals that the research in this field is primarily focused on the role of modern educational technologies, their significance in shaping students’ scientific worldview, and their potential to enhance teaching effectiveness. Particular attention is given to the use of ICT tools, the introduction of virtual laboratories, problem-based learning, constructivist approaches, and competency-based teaching methods, which all contribute to the deeper assimilation of the molecular physics course [1]. The results of the research demonstrate a positive impact on the development of students’ independent thinking, analytical skills, and acquisition of practical knowledge. Furthermore, it is noted that in recent years, new curricula and methodological recommendations on molecular physics have been developed in higher education institutions of Uzbekistan based on the outcomes of these studies [3].
