In this article, the essence, structure, and interrelationship of human thought and scientific creative activity are analyzed from a philosophical and methodological point of view. The main stages of scientific and creative activity are highlighted - problem formulation, hypothesis creation, theoretical justification, experimentation and modeling, and the process of implementing the results into practice. Also, special attention is paid to the intersubjective essence of creating scientific novelty, the role of scientific dialogue and critical analysis. The article reveals the harmony between empirical, theoretical, and logical methods of scientific knowledge, the interrelationship of fundamental and applied research, and their role in the development of modern science. In Eastern and Western philosophy, the interpretation of scientific creativity, the ideas of scientific thinking, moral perfection, and spiritual harmony are indicated as the main philosophical foundation of scientific creativity.
