PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS FOR USING TIME MANAGEMENT TECHNOLOGY IN DEVELOPING STUDENTS' INDEPENDENT LEARNING COMPETENCE

This article provides a scientific analysis of the pedagogical conditions for using time management technology in developing
students’ independent learning competence. In the modern educational process, enhancing students’ abilities for self-management,
planning, and goal-oriented activity is recognized as a key requirement of higher education. Therefore, the article examines
effective ways to integrate time management technology into the learning process to develop independent learning competence.
Furthermore, a system of conditions aimed at organizing the educational process effectively, fostering students’ rational use of
time resources, self-regulation, and reflective analysis skills has been developed. This system is analyzed based on motivational,
methodological, technological, socio-psychological, and organizational aspects.
