The article analyzes the foreign policy of the Hun Empire, which was formed in the 3rd century BC, based on historical sources. The study covers the military and diplomatic relations of the Huns with the Han Empire, the content of mutual peace treaties and political agreements. The political alliances, diplomatic relations and cultural influence of the Huns with nomadic tribes in Central Asia are also analyzed. The article evaluates the foreign policy of the Hun Empire as a complex political system that was carried out not only through military campaigns, but also through political marriages, the exchange of gifts and greetings, and the tribute system.
