DEPENDENCE OF THE EFFICIENCY OF PROTECTION AGAINST SPRING WHEAT DISEASES ON THE DEGREE OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE PATHOGEN
Crop treatment with fungicides is a method of rapid response to negative changes in the phytosanitary situation in the agrocenosis. Their use should be justified both economically and ecologically. When choosing a fungicide to protect crops from diseases, it is necessary to rely on the results of monitoring observations on the timing of the appearance of diseases and their species composition. It is also necessary to take into account the planned yield and weather conditions during the growing season. To prevent the development of resistance in pathogens, it is necessary to regularly rotate the active substances of fungicides, avoiding the use of the same analogues in the same season.
