The research is based on modern pedagogical approaches including competence-based education, simulation training, problem-
based learning, and digital learning technologies. The article presents statistical data from recent international medical education
reports and highlights the role of integrative pedagogical technologies in improving clinical reasoning. The findings indicate that
the integration of simulation technologies, digital platforms, and case-based learning significantly increases the effectiveness of
clinical competence formation. The study proposes a pedagogical model for the development of clinical decision-making
competence in future physicians.
