METHODOLOGY FOR DEVELOPING VALEOLOGICAL CULTURE AMONG DENTAL STUDENTS BASED ON DIGITAL PEDAGOGICAL TECHNOLOGIES
This article provides a scientific substantiation of a methodology for developing valeological culture among dental students based
on digital pedagogical technologies. According to the World Health Organization, oral diseases affect approximately 3.7 billion
people worldwide, and untreated dental caries remains one of the most prevalent health conditions. In the Republic of Uzbekistan,
the prevalence of untreated caries in primary teeth among children aged 1–9 years is 47.7%, untreated caries in permanent teeth
among individuals aged 5 years and older is 34.1%, and severe periodontal diseases among individuals aged 15 years and older
account for 12.7%. These epidemiological indicators justify the need to develop preventive thinking and valeological competence
among future dental professionals. The article presents a methodological model based on the integration of learning management
systems (LMS), mobile applications, VR/AR simulation technologies, teledentistry, AI-based adaptive assessment, and eportfolios. The structural-functional model, step-by-step implementation mechanism, and diagnostic indicators of the methodology
