MENTORLIK MUNOSABATLARI SAMARADORLIGINI BELGILOVCHI PSIXOLOGIK VA IJTIMOIY OMILLAR
В данной статье анализируются психологические и социальные факторы, определяющие эффективность наставнических отношений. Особое внимание уделяется взаимной заинтересованности, качеству взаимоотношений и роли эпизодов наставничества. Обосновывается взаимосвязь эффективности наставничества с личностными и социальными факторами. Результаты исследования имеют важное значение для организации эффективного наставничества в образовательном процессе.
