ИЗУЧЕНИЕ АНТАГОНИСТИЧЕСКИХ ВЗАИМООТНОШЕНИЙ БАКТЕРИЙ SERRATIA MARCESCENS И PSEUDOMONAS PUTIDA И ИХ ЧУВСТВИТЕЛЬНОСТИ К АНТИБИОТИКАМ
В данном исследовании были изучены антагонистические отношения и чувствительность к антибиотикам Serratia
marcescens и Pseudomonas putida. Используя метод перекрестной полоски двойной культуры, эксперименты показали
отсутствие значимых антагонистических эффектов между двумя штаммами. При оценке чувствительности к
антибиотикам методом диффузии дисков была обнаружена высокая чувствительность к тетрациклину, в то время как
была подтверждена устойчивость к ампициллину. Результаты подчеркивают влияние антибиотиков на рост бактерий и
метаболическую активность, способствуя пониманию процессов сосуществования.
