KASBIY DISKURS VA ESP INTEGRATSIYASINING NAZARIY VA METODOLOGIK ASOSLARI
This article examines the interrelation between professional discourse and ESP (English for Specific Purposes), as well as their role in modern linguistics and foreign language teaching methodology. The linguistic, pragmatic, and communicative features of professional communication are analyzed, and the importance of using elements of professional discourse, authentic texts, and terminological units in ESP instruction is substantiated.
It is also concluded that professional discourse is an essential component of ESP, contributing to the development of learners’ professional communicative competence, linking language learning with real professional activities, and forming effective communication skills
