ИЗМЕНЕНИЕ НЕКОТОРЫХ ПОКАЗАТЕЛЕЙ В КРОВИ ПРИ ДИАБЕТЕ 2 ТИПА
As a result of the appearance of excess weight in patients with type 2 diabetes, there are cases of changes in some indicators of
natural and adaptive immunity. The appearance of excess weight, that is, excess fat tissue in the body, being a powerful secretory
organ that produces many cytokines, especially adipokines, plays a key role in various immune reactions. As a result of type 2
diabetes, the number of neutrophils and monocytes in leukocytes increased, and the number of CD 3 , CD 4 , CD 8, CD 20, and
CD 56 in the blood immunophenotype significantly increased. The appearance of excess weight in such patients indicates that the
disease is more severe compared to patients who have not gained weight and that there is a low level of inflammation in the
body.
