РОЛЬ НАНОМОРФОЛОГИИ, СФОРМИРОВАННОЙ ОДИНОЧНЫМ ЛАЗЕРНЫМ ИМПУЛЬСОМ, В ОБРАЗОВАНИИ ЛАЗЕРНО-ИНДУЦИРОВАННЫХ ПЕРИОДИЧЕСКИХ ПОВЕРХНОСТНЫХ СТРУКТУР НА МЕТАЛЛИЧЕСКИХ ПОВЕРХНОСТЯХ
В данной статье исследована роль наноморфологии, формирующейся после первого лазерного импульса, в образовании лазерно-индуцированных периодических поверхностных структур (LIPSS, «рябь») на металлах. В качестве сравниваемых материалов выбраны алюминий и нержавеющая сталь (AISI 304) при параметрах излучения 515 фс и 1040 нм. Показано, что в нержавеющей стали поверхность остаётся гладкой после первого импульса, что обеспечивает последовательный переход HSFL→LSFL, тогда как в алюминии образующиеся острые наноструктуры блокируют распространение поверхностных плазмон-поляритонов (SPP) и подавляют формирование LIPSS. Полученные результаты подтверждены моделированием методом FDTD и двухтемпературной моделью (TTM).
