РОЛЬ ОТВЕТСТВЕННОСТИ, РЕШИТЕЛЬНОСТИ И ЭМОЦИОНАЛЬНОЙ УСТОЙЧИВОСТИ В ВЫБОРЕ ПРОФЕССИИ ПОДРОСТКАМИ

В статье на основе теоретико-аналитического подхода рассматривается психологическая роль ответственности, настойчивости и эмоциональной устойчивости в стабильности профессионального решения подростков. Стабильность профессионального решения трактуется не как ригидность и неизменность выбора, а как способность обосновывать выбранное направление, сохранять приверженность ему в течение необходимого времени, последовательно реализовывать запланированные действия и при появлении новой достоверной информации осознанно пересматривать решение. Синтез международных исследований показывает, что добросовестность, самоконтроль и планомерность
поддерживают определенность и планирование; настойчивость помогает удерживать долгосрочные цели; эмоциональная устойчивость снижает дестабилизирующее влияние тревоги и неопределенности.
