Maqolada o‘smirlarning kasbiy qarori qay darajada barqaror shakllanishida mas’uliyatlilik, qat’iyatlilik va emotsional
barqarorlikning psixologik o‘rni nazariy-analitik yondashuv asosida ko‘rib chiqiladi. Kasbiy qaror barqarorligi qat’iy va o‘zgarmas tanlov sifatida emas, balki tanlangan yo‘nalishni dalillar bilan asoslash, qarorga ma’lum muddat sodiq qolish, rejalashtirilgan harakatlarni davom ettirish hamda yangi ishonchli ma’lumot paydo bo‘lganda tanlovni ongli ravishda qayta ko‘rib chiqish qobiliyati sifatida talqin qilinadi. Xalqaro empirik tadqiqotlar sintezi mas’uliyatlilikka yaqin vijdonlilik, o‘zini nazorat qilish va rejalilik xususiyatlari kasbiy aniqlik va rejalashtirishni qo‘llab-quvvatlashini; qat’iyatlilik uzoq muddatli maqsadni ushlab turish va kasbiy tayyorgarlikni davom ettirishga xizmat qilishini; emotsional barqarorlik esa xavotir, ikkilanish va vaziyat bosimi ta’sirini boshqarishda muhimligini ko‘rsatadi.
