REGENERATIV BUGʻDOYNING FENOLOGIK BOSQICHLARIDA BACILLUS BAKTERIYASI SHTAMMLARINING XLOROFILLАR MIQDORIGA TA‘SIRI

Мazkur maqolada kuzgi bug‘doyning rivojlanish fazalarida fotosintetik pigmentlar (xlorofillar va karotinoidlar) miqdoriga
kimyoviy preparatlar va bakteriya shtammlarining ta’siri to‘g‘risidagi maa’lumotlar o‘rin olgan. Tadqiqot obyekti sifatida kuzgi
bug‘doyning Asr va Zimnitsa navlari olingan. Natijada kuzgi bug‘doyda xlorofill Chl «a» miqdori 1.383, Chl «b»-0.903 mg/g va
karotiniodlar -0.405 mg/g teng ekanligi qayd etilgan. Xlorofill Chl «a» miqdori fazalar kesimida o‘zgarganligi aniqlangan. Gullash
fazasida to‘planish fazasiga nisbatan xlorofill Chl «a» miqdori 0.979 mg/g dan 2.35 mg/g ortganligi qayd etilgan. Bakteriya
(Bacillus megaterium, subtilis , lichenoformis ) shtammlari bilan ishlov berilgan variantda Chl «a» miqdori nazoratga nisbatan 0.4
mg/g ortganligi qayd etilgan. Regenerativ mahsulot yetishtirishda bakteriya (Bacillus) shtammlaridan tayyorlangan eritmalardan
foydalanish tavsiya etilgan.
