The article scientifically substantiates the main principles of integrated teaching of fundamental and clinical sciences in higher
medical education institutions. The integration model is analyzed as an effective pedagogical approach that enhances students’
learning motivation, fosters early development of clinical reasoning, and bridges theoretical knowledge with practical application.
The results of the study indicate that integration between fundamental and clinical disciplines improves the quality of education,
strengthens analytical and clinical thinking, and develops professional competencies of future physicians.
