Maqola mikro-o‘qitish mashg‘ulotlarida filologiya talabalarining kasbiy rivojlanishida reflektiv amaliyotning rolini o‘rganadi.
Tadqiqot maqsadi — tuzilmali refleksiya metodik ong va pedagogik tahlil ko‘nikmalariga ta’sirini aniqlash. Nazariy asos —
Gibbs reflektiv sikli modeli. Tadqiqot aralash metod asosida o‘tkazildi, unda 3-kursning 21 nafar talabalari ishtirok etdi.
Ma’lumotlar so‘rovnomalar, baholash rubrikalari, peer feedback, intervyu va topshiriqlar tahlili orqali yig‘ildi. Natijalar
refleksiya ahamiyatini tushunish darajasi 20% dan 70% gacha oshganini, darsni tahlil qilish va metodik ong kuchayganini
ko‘rsatdi. Tuzilmali refleksiya kasbiy kompetensiyalarni rivojlantirishda samarali ekanligi tasdiqlandi.
