Ushbu maqola ingliz – o‘zbek diplomatik diskursi misolida ketma-ket tarjimada notatsiya tizimining tilga yo‘naltirilgan semantik yondashuv doirasidagi rolini tahlil qiladi. Tadqiqot an’anaviy mazmunga asoslangan (idea-based) notatsiya modellarining strukturaviy va diskursiv jihatdan sezilarli farqlarga ega bo‘lgan til juftliklarida pragmatik hamda semantik nozikliklarni saqlab qolish uchun har doim ham yetarli emasligini asoslaydi. Taklif etilayotgan tilga yo‘naltirilgan yondashuv ketma-ket tarjimani o‘qitish va amaliyotida aniqlik hamda pragmatik moslikni oshirishga xizmat qiladi.
