MODIFIKATSIYALANGAN GRAFIT ASOSIDAGI ELEKTROD BILAN Co(II) IONINI INVERSION- VOLTAMPEROMETRIK ANIQLASH

Ushbu tadqiqotda, Co(II) ionini aniqlash uchun difenilkarbazon (DFK) bilan modifikatsiyalangan grafit asosidagi ishchi elektrod
yordamida inversion-voltamperometrik (IV) usul ishlab chiqildi. Ishchi elektrodda elektr o‘tkazuvchi sifatida kumush sim
qo‘llanilib, bu yuqori elektr o‘tkazuvchanlikni ta'minlaydi. Fon elektrolit sifatida 4,4-4,6 pH li atsetatli bufer eritmasi, 2,5 µA tok
kuchi va 90 s to‘planish vaqti tanlandi. Usul yuqori sezgirlik (R² = 0,998), aniqlik va takrorlanuvchanlikka ega bo‘lib, 1,0–50,0
µg/dm³ Co(II) ionlari uchun chiziqli bog‘lanish kuzatildi (aniqlash chegarasi 0,30 µg/dm³). Begona kationlar ishtirokida yuqori
selektivlik va kosmetik mahsulotlar namunasida XRF va ICP usullari yordamida olingan natijalar ishonchliligi tasdiqlandi. Taklif
etilgan sensor, Co(II) ionlarini samarali nazorat qilish uchun istiqbolli va samarali analitik yondashuv sifatida tavsiya etiladi.
