Maqolada kichik maktab yoshidagi bolalarda bulling hodisasining psixologik omillari va uning shaxsiy rivojlanishga ta’siri ilmiynazariy jihatdan tahlil qilingan. Bulling tushunchasining paydo bo‘lish tarixi, mazmuni va asosiy shakllari – jismoniy, og‘zaki,
ijtimoiy va kiber ko‘rinishlari yoritilgan. Tadqiqotda ayniqsa 7–10 yoshdagi bolalar o‘rtasida og‘zaki va ijtimoiy bullingning keng
tarqalishi, bu jarayonda zo‘ravon, qurbon va guvohlarning psixologik roli hamda ular o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro munosabatlar ochib
berilgan. Muallif kichik maktab yoshidagi bolalarda emotsiyalarni boshqarish, empatiya va ijtimoiy moslashuv darajasining hali
to‘liq shakllanmaganligi bullingning kuchayishiga olib kelishini ilmiy asosda izohlagan.
