Mazkur maqolada bo‘lajak muhandislarning mustaqil ishlash ko‘nikmalarini rivojlantirishning 187edagogic muammolari tahlil qilingan. Zamonaviy muhandislik ta’limida mustaqil ishlashning ahamiyati, uning tarkibiy komponentlari va shakllanish bosqichlari yoritilgan. Tadqiqotda mustaqil ishlash ko‘nikmalarini rivojlantirishga to‘sqinlik qiluvchi asosiy omillar, jumladan, metodik, motivatsion, baholash va axborot-kommunikatsiya texnologiyalari bilan bog‘liq muammolar aniqlangan. Shuningdek, fanlararo yondashuv, kompetensiyaviy ta’lim, CDIO modeli va kredit-modul tizimi asosida mustaqil ishlash ko‘nikmalarini shakllantirish yo‘llari asoslab berilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari bo‘lajak muhandislarning kasbiy kompetensiyalarini rivojlantirishda mustaqil ta’limning muhim o‘rin tutishini ko‘rsatadi.
